Buy and Hold List

SHKZ - currently .0145 pending current filing status and possible uplisting and reverse merger rumors. Expected to hit around .04 for a good exit in the coming days.

GDHI - currently at .0003. A good entry at .0002 and .0003. Released LOI to merge with California Grapes Company. News/Merger should be confirmed by 6/30 and a good exit point would be around .0005.

MLXO - currently .0058 has 3 mergers pending and news is expected anytime around the end of May or in June. It should at least reach .015 for a good exit when news breaks.

LLSR - currently at .0365. First added to the watchlist at .0085, so this has already seen quite a run and merger news is still yet to break. News expected by end of May. I would expect LLSR to hit in the .07's when news breaks.

CNUV - currently at .0062. First alerted at .0039. Merger news is pending (see earlier posts) with Freya Corporation. CNUV has been good about posting PRs that keep the shareholders updated on the progress of the merger. CNUV has seen pps up to .0074 and I would expect it to return at least to that level when merger finalizes.

FOFU - currently at .105, entered in to a material definitive agreement for the reopening of oil wells. Action should be completed and news out by end of June. Earlier this year, this stock saw pps of .25. A realistic expectation would be somewhere between that and the current level of .105. In my personal notes, I have it listed as a good entry somewhere between .07 and .10.

ECDC - currently at .0335, has entered into talks with a NASDAQ company ZSTN. It is speculated that there is, at minimum, a joint venture forming and at best a merger with the NASDAQ company. Either way, this will send the share price soaring 100's of percentage points. It has already hit as high as .078, so anywhere in the .03's is a good entry. No time frame on when news is expected, although both companies have recently released their respective updated financials.

VIGS - currently at .0636, first added to watchlist at .03. VIGS is speculated to be a reverse merger candidate, although no hard news has been released yet. Already sporting over a 100% increase since rumor began circulating, VIGS reached as high as .075. It's impossible to tell where VIGS pps will go once news breaks, but it is obvious that the lower pps you can enter on the better. Buy on dips here, I would say anywhere in the .03 to .055 range would be safest.

TCLN - currently at .007 is a reverse merger candidate. News is expected by 6/25 and this stock recently saw highs of .015, from the first noted pps of .0022. So, it's already seen quite a run, but more is in store for this one. I would be more comfortable with an entry in the .004's, but may consider one up to the .006's.
