Next week is a short week, with Monday being an observed holiday. With that, and with me re-arranging some accounts in preparation for the challenge, it looks like we may have to postpone the challenge until Monday, February 28th.
I'm clearing all of the funds from one of my accounts except for $510 to begin the challenge. The extra $10 is just to cover the commissions on the first trade. Once my account is set up and ready to go, we will begin. I will take a snapshot of my account page to show you before we begin, just so you know I'm doing what I say I will do.
The challenge is to see who can start with $500 and get to the $25,000 safe zone for day-trading in the shortest amount of time. If you want to participate in the challenge, be getting your funds prepared and I'll announce the first pick on Monday, February 28th on my twitter feed. If you do not follow me on twitter, then you have more than ample time to do so.
This blog is simply for reporting performance, not for posting alerts, so it won't do any good to check here.
